What we collect, and why
In plain terms: we collect what we need to get your parcel to you, and we measure which of our ads led to a sale. Nothing is sold on to anyone.
Last updated 27 August 2026
What you give us when you order
Your name, mobile number, delivery address and city, plus an email address and a delivery note if you choose to add them. We use these to confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, to deliver it, and to answer questions about it afterwards. We keep the order record so there is a history of what you bought.
There is no account to create, so there is no password. We never see or store card or bank details — the advance is paid over WhatsApp through JazzCash, EasyPaisa or a bank transfer, and the balance is cash handed to the rider.
Who else sees it
- Courier
- Leopards Courier receive your name, phone number and address, because that is what a parcel needs on it. They also tell us where your parcel is, which is what the tracking page shows.
- If you give us an email address, we send exactly one message — your order confirmation and tracking link — through our email provider, Resend. We do not add you to a mailing list.
- Meta
- See below.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
Measuring our ads
We advertise on Instagram and Facebook, and we use Meta's pixel to find out which of those ads actually lead to orders. It records the pages you view on this site, the items you look at, what you add to your cart, and when you place an order — along with the value in rupees. It uses cookies to recognise a return visit as the same one.
When you place an order, our server also sends Meta a record of that sale directly. So it can be matched to the ad you came from, that record includes your email address, phone number, name and city — but scrambled first, using one-way encryption, so Meta receives a string of characters rather than anything readable. This is the same information the pixel would send from your browser; sending it from our server as well is what stops a sale going uncounted when a browser blocks tracking.
If you would rather not be measured this way, an ad or tracking blocker in your browser will stop the pixel, and your Meta ad preferences let you limit what Meta does with activity from businesses. Neither affects your order or your delivery in any way.
Your cart
Your cart is saved in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us and we cannot see it until you place an order. Clear your browser data and it is gone. A cart left untouched for 30 days clears itself.
Asking us to remove your details
Message us on WhatsApp and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it, unless it is part of an order still on its way to you — in which case we will delete it once the parcel has arrived.
Children
This shop is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes to this page
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no separate notice.
Questions about any of this
Ask us directly — we would rather answer than have you guess.
